The working group Vertebrate Herbivory (formerly known as BION and BON) forms a platform for ecologists interested in herbivory by vertebrates (from mouse to elephant, from fish to bird) and relations with their environment and each other. The aim of the working group is to bring together and discuss practical and scientific knowledge in order to maintain the line field experience/questions - research - implementation. Therefore, the group organises annual activities such as excursions and theme days. Furthermore, the group intends to organise each year a session at the NecoV winter symposium.
